so growing up, my mom regularly made homemade bread. it was seriously the best thing ever, especially when it was warm out of the oven with some butter and jam. i truly think my love of carbs came from my love of her bread. i think the only downside of making your own homemade bread is that it’s so much better than any other bread you buy, that you (well, me) often end up eating twice as much as you normally would (or even the entire loaf?!) because the taste is so fresh....Read more
