    cute post. i love seeing cultural differences in regards to the same thing, like christmas. here in israel, the christian arabs celebrate, so there are merry christmas signs in arabic, pretty crazy :)

    I remember being a missionary in DC and working at the temple one night during Christmas and my cheeks were sore from smiling for days afterwards. I loved the nativities there and totally loved seeing your pictures of them. I don't remember that eskimo one, but I took a trip to Alaska a few years ago in winter and bought one almost just like that. I can't keep my hands off it, it's so soft! The baby Jesus is wrapped in mink fur. You miss the best part if you can only look at that one and not touch it in my opinion. :)
