back in may before samson was born, i got to prance around washington dc one morning in a bunch of the beautiful fall dresses which more of me maternity just released! here are a few of the photos… you can see the rest of the lookbook here, if you’d like.

i discovered more or me maternity last spring when i was pregnant with samson.  they quickly became one of my favorite maternity brands.  i’m all about a maternity piece you can wear before and after your bump, too, which was something these pieces offered.  i was really excited when jessica, founder and designer behind more of me (and biggest sweetheart ever!), asked me to be a part of her fall lookbook and so happy that one of my favorite photographers and friends, carissa, was the one behind the camera.

have you heard about the impossible project’s new idea of turning your iphone photos into actual polaroids? it sounds pretty cool. and it looks like they’ve already reached their fundraising goal to make it happen which is even better.

all i hope is that more projects like this will help bring down the cost of polaroid film.  we used to document everything with our polaroid camera but nowadays the film is just so expensive!

hope you had a happy weekend with the ones you love! we spent most of ours together working on some projects around the apartment and shopping for a new sofa.  the latter part has proven to not be fun. we are still sofa-less. so if you come over, sorry we don’t have any place for you to sit. 

we also tried to catch up on our sleep. each time i went to put the kids down for naps, i fell asleep with them and josh said i snored.  

this weekend was a chilly one in the city so we’re pulling out the hats and scarves to have on hand this week in preparation for cooler days.  i think it’s also time for some crock pot chili and pumpkin cookies. am i right, or am i right?!
