we spent most of thursday and friday out in virginia where a few of josh’s aunts and uncles and cousins and their families live. it was so fun being around so many little children (and a new 3 week old baby!)
on friday, josh’s aunt organized a little surprise family baby shower for allison (josh’s cousin who just had the cutest baby boy a few weeks ago) and me which was so sweet and thoughtful. we have a lot to be thankful for this year… hope you had a wonderful thanksgiving!

yum yum food!! and you will LOVE that bundle me for the stroller and car seat. one of the best baby inventions ever along with the ergo baby carrier.
if you got the baby bjorn i highly suggest exchanging it for the ERGObaby. It puts no pressure on your shoulders like the bjorn and you can carry the baby up till 2 years old in it! i carried my brother all over disneyland in it and only my feet hurt from walking so much never my back. i would put my brother in it around the house when he was being grumpy and he calm down right away and usually fall asleep. heaven sent.

hahah it was a once in a life time decision. next time i'm definitely bringing a stroller. at the end of the long day we then forgot where we parked the car and walked around the huge parking structure for literally an hour and half. i was about to call security because i for sure thought someone stole it. life is funny :)

OH MY GOSH! I know Meredith! Well, I guess I should say KNEW. We were on the same floor at DT freshman year of BYU!!! She's looking beautiful as ever, love that smile. She was the very first person I met. I was unpacking in my room, crying that my parents had left, and she and her roommate came by, happy and smiling and friendly and I felt so relieved that somebody would be nice to me. I could not find raspberry vinegar and a friend told me to substitute with brandy and it came out delicious! The best cranberry sauce I've ever had :)
