Just returned home from BAM where we saw the Batsheva Dance Company perform. All I can say is……
The company is based in Israel under the direction of Ohad Naharin. In my opinion, nothing comes close to Ohad’s work and probably won’t for a long time. Truly inspiring. I idolize this man. Today I had lunch with 16 year old Ebony Chrichlow. Ebony is from Texas and in 2005, was diagnosed with leukemia. Thanks to the Make-A-Wish Foundation, Ebony was able to come to New York for an entire week with her mother and spend a day at Juilliard observing classes and rehearsals and interact with faculty and students....Read more
